Miguel joined Atena in 2018 and is a Principal in the Operations team, with responsibilities on the execution of operational due diligences, and on the design and implementation of Value Creation Plans together with the management teams.

 

Before joining Atena, Miguel acted as a financial manager and was responsible for the business development of a start-up in the mobility area.

 

Previously, Miguel was a corporate finance consultant at Deloitte and participated in several M&A processes, valuations, financial restructuring and business plan development in Portugal and Angola.

 

Miguel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and Finance, respectively, from ISCTE Business School.
