Hugo joined Atena in 2026 as an Investment Analyst, he is responsible for negotiation, structuring, and execution of Atena’s investments and divestments.

Prior to joining Atena, he gained private equity experience at Henko Partners and Bpifrance, where he participated in buy-and-build and restructuring projects. Previously, he worked in Transaction Services at Oderis in Madrid.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the IESEG School of Management in Paris.
