Carlota joined Atena in 2026 as an Analyst, with responsibilities spanning the negotiation, structuring, and execution of Atena’s investment and divestment transactions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, from Nova School of Business and Economics. During her thesis semester, she served as a Teaching Assistant for the Financial Modelling and Investments courses.

Carlota also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Nova SBE, during which she completed a semester abroad under the Erasmus program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.
