Carlos is an Associate in the Portfolio Development team, with responsibilities on the execution of operational due diligences, and on the design and implementation of Value Creation Plans together with the management teams.

Carlos started his career in the Asset Management team of BPI Suisse in Geneva, where he analyzed and executed multiple investments for discretionary and advisory mandates.

After that, he joined the Strategic Planning team of Companhia União Fabril, where he was responsible for the budgeting process of the chemicals and nano-materials business units. Later, he joined Fidelidade's Strategic Planning and Business Development team, where he developed multiple projects with a strategic scope.

Carlos also founded a real estate agency operating in the mass market and institutional market.

He holds a Master's of Science (MSc) in Management with major in Corporate Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics.
