Unisana Hospitais was established in 2021 through a partnership between Atena Equity Partners and 3T Portugal. The Group manages five units—Hospital de Almada, Hospital do Oeste Soerad, Hospital da Lapa, Hospital da Ordem Terceira Chiado, and Clínica de Santarém — Comprising a total of 14 operating rooms, 210 beds, more than 500,000 annual consultations and exams, and over 10,000 annual surgeries.
