Jorge is among the Portuguese managers with more experience in large and complex corporate restructurings.

Currently the CEO of ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal (Portuguese airport management company privatised to Vinci Airports following a 3.000M€ contract), he was previously the CFO of RTP (Portuguese national TV broadcaster, with 300M€ in sales) and also the CFO of Jeronimo Martins (largest food distribution company in Portugal and Poland, with sales of 11.000M€). In addition, he led Unilever’s legal department in Portugal for 5 years.

He completed an Executive Program at Stanford, and holds two Law degrees by the University of Dauphine and the University of Rotterdam. He graduated at Universidade de Coimbra.
